Hoje vou compartilhar com vocês 25 ideias ótimas para demonstrar à seu marido que você é uma boa ouvinte, que você está não só prestando atenção no que ele fala mas está interessada em ouvi-lo. Trata-se de mais um trecho do livro “A Mulher dos sonhos de seu marido” de Sharon Jaynes.

1. Seja paciente.
2. Não complete as frases dele.
3. Deixe-o terminar, mesmo que ele esteja divagando.
4. Não interrompa.
5. Encare seu marido e faça contato visual.
6. Incline-se para a frente se estiver sentada, para demonstrar interesse no que ele diz.
7. Pare a atividade que estiver fazendo.
8. Faça boas perguntas e evite dizer “por quê?”.
9. Peça a opinião dele sobre algo que aconteceu com você.
10. Peça conselho a ele sobre uma decisão que precisa tomar.
11. Não tire conclusões precipitadas.
12. Não dê conselhos se não forem solicitados.
13. Não mude o assunto enquanto ele não terminar o dele.
14. Faça comentários curtos, como “Entendo”, “De Fato”, “Hã-hã”, para mostrar que está prestando atenção.
15. Desligue a TV.
16. Deixe de lado o pano de prato, o livro, a escova de cabelo etc.
17. Incentive-o a continuar a falar. Pergunte: “O que mais ele disse?” ou “O que ela fez depois?”.
18. Quando ele estiver contando um problema, reformule a frase e repita o que ouviu. “Pelo que entendi, você acha que seu chefe está sendo injusto por ter lhe pedido que assuma a responsabilidade de mais três clientes sem lhe pagar nenhum centavo a mais.”
19. Não atenda o telefone se ele estiver lhe contando alguma coisa.
20. Não olhe para o relógio nem cruze os braços.
21. Não o apresse para terminar logo.
22. Se um filho interromper, diga que espere o papai terminar o que está falando.
23. Não diga que ele deveria ter lidado com a situação de modo diferente.
24. Não demonstre tédio.
25. Agradeça-lhe por ter dividido o problema com você.
